 I carry in my memory a poetry that breaks my heart,
A pain written in secret and the emptiness I feel.
A smile captured in a photo.
A whisper of laughter and lost embraces.
And all the stars in the sky of the promises you gave me.
And a loneliness that grew day by day,
as I walked in your absence.
